Overview

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead brand identity work across strategy and craft. You will shape visual systems that scale across digital, product, and marketing. You will work with teams to turn clear thinking into clear design.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead brand identity projects from brief to launch
  • Create logo systems, typography, colour, layout, and design rules
  • Build brand guidelines that teams can use day to day
  • Design key brand touchpoints: website, landing pages, social, ads, pitch decks, and templates
  • Turn messy input into clear concepts and strong routes
  • Present work with a clear story and solid rationale
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to keep brand consistent
  • Review and raise quality across the design team
  • Improve process, files, and handover so work scales fast

What you will deliver

  • Brand strategy support: positioning cues, audience notes, brand voice inputs
  • Visual identity systems: logo suite, lockups, grid, icon set, motion rules
  • Core assets: social sets, web modules, sales decks, email, ads
  • Brand toolkit: templates, components, tokens, and usage rules
  • Guidelines: a clean, simple brand book with examples and do/don’t

Skills and experience

  • 6+ years in brand design or visual identity work
  • Strong portfolio across brand systems and real-world rollout
  • High craft in typography, layout, colour, and composition
  • Strong concept work, not just “nice visuals”
  • Confident presenting and handling feedback
  • Strong file hygiene and design system thinking
  • Able to work fast without losing detail

Tools

  • Figma (core)
  • Adobe CC (as needed)
  • Slides tools (Keynote / Google Slides)
  • Basic motion tools (nice to have)

Nice to have

  • Web design experience (landing pages, basic UX patterns)
  • Motion identity thinking (simple brand motion rules)
  • Copy sense and brand voice awareness
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring designers
